RULES & REGULATIONS

The Amount of Room Rent paid on allotment will not be refundable under any circumstances.

The occupants shall use all the services and facilities with utmost care and at their own risk and are advised to follow all the instructions exhibited in the Guest House.

The room allotted is for the use of the occupant(s) and his/her family only.

The Management shall not be responsible for any damages or injury to the occupant due to the improper handling of the facilities provided in the room.

Smoking is strictly prohibited with in the Guest House Premises. Bringing and storing any combustible or hazardous materials, prohibited goods or objectionable items including liquor are strictly prohibited. The occupants shall be liable to make good and compensate for the loss or damage, if any caused by them.

The Management reserves the right of admission to any person to Radheyam Guest House and shall have the right to demand any occupant to vacate his/her room or other areas of the premises immediately and they shall be bound to vacate the premises forthwith.

The occupants are bound to abide by the Acts, Laws, and the Govt. Rules and Regulations in force from time to time.

Pets are not permitted inside the Radheyam Guest House premises.

The Management of Radheyam Guest House reserves its right to add or amend any of the terms and conditions at any time, and in case of dispute interpretation of the terms and conditions by the Management shall be final.
